Hair and Makeup too

As you can see fashion is not just about cloths, crazy hair and makeup is a big part of fashion as well. Its a great way to express yourself and gain much attention.

All About The Cloths

So as you can see the white background is great for really emphasizing new colours and looks of the season. If you look at the runway its such a sleek simple look and you really get to notice whats on the models rather then whats going on around them. It makes the models stand out and for you to really get the idea of the looks this fashion show is trying to display.

A Travelling Museum

This October a travelling museum will stop in New York City. This museum has been created to display items made exclusively for the brand Chanel to celebrate the 5oth anniversary of the iconic quilted Chanel 2.55 bag. The structure for this mobile museum was created by Zaha Hadid. I think the futuristic and original design of the museum is quite impressive especially since it was created in order to be disassembled and shipped around the world. The exhibition presented in this museum consists of pieces created by 20 international artists and that were inspired by the emblematic quilted Chanel bag. Nobody has created a travelling museum before which proves us once again how strong the Chanel brand is and also really makes me wonder what’s next for this amazing brand.

Cast your vote for Fashion!

My cousin sent me this picture which I found it quite interesting. At the Mercedes-Benz Star Lounge backstage at New York Fashion Week, they are honoring election season with a fun Vote Fashion campaign. A series of 10 limited edition, politically-inspired pins are quickly becoming the week's must-have accessory, letting the world know you Elect Style AND Substance, to Boycott Boring, and my fave: Don't Blame Me. I Voted for FASHION.

The New Look for Spring

As New York fashion week is happening right now, and all of the fresh new fashions for next year are being introduced. One of the coolest and most interesting trends I have been following is the idea of layering many different patterns, fabrics, and textures over each other to create an outfit with a lot of dimension. Seen in Marc by Marc Jacobs and Vera Wang, this eclectic style is one to try for next spring!!! It won't be the easiest style to pull off, but done right, it looks amazing!
